Inquiries

Consultation phase

Discuss your hiring needs and questions with Gaipro's consultant. It is very likely that more than one meeting will be necessary so that Gaipro has an accurate understanding of your company and requirements of the position. It is also during this phase that a simple Agreement is concluded between Gaipro and the client to set the terms and corresponding fees.

Search phase

Approximately 2-4 months depending on position and function. Identification of suitable candidates is followed by interviews through Gaipro consultant. This is an ongoing process.

Short-list candidates

Gaipro submits shortlist candidates to client together with comprehensive evaluation reports. Client feedback is very important also in this phase so that the search can be fine tuned if necessary.

Interviews

Interviews arranged at preferred client location (client office, Gaipro office or neutral third location such as hotel). Often Gaipro participates in the first round of interviews as long as clients do not object. This helps to allign the clients' and Gaipro's perspectives.

Negotiation and offer phase

Upon successful completion of the interviews, Gaipro can assist in the final negotiation and offer phase. As part of the search process we provide advice on appropriate compensation and benefit levels. We will also carry out a reference check on the final candidate.

Follow-up

We will follow up the settling-in of the appointed candidate usually after 4-6 weeks' time. No matter how good the candidate or how attractive the position and company, there might be some minor issues at the beginning which should be solved quickly to ensure a smooth and successful start.
