Registering your contact details and other relevant information is quick and easy.

A Gaipro consultant will contact you shortly afterwards outlining the next steps and possibly setting up a meeting date.

Face-to-face meeting

In depth face-to-face meeting between candidate and consultant either at Gaipro's office or a neutral third location. Gaipro will be particularly interested to hear your "story" and your goals and vision for the future. Gaipro places as much emphasis on your future potential vis-a-vis your past achievements.

Vaue added job information

Based on your CV and the information provided in the face-to-face meeting, we will do a careful screening for potential positions. In case of interesting opportunities, we will provide candidates with a full briefing on the positions including the company names.

Application／Interview

Upon receiving your formal consent, we will send your profile to the companies outlined in the previous step. In most cases, your profile goes straight to the CEO or senior management of our clients ensuring that you get quick and frank feedback. If the company approves an interview will be set up shortly. Most often you will be accompanied by the Gaipro consultant for the first interview unless the company requests otherwise.

Negotiation ／Formal offer

For executive and other senior management positions it's very likely that there will 3 or more interviews. One of them might even be conducted overseas or over the phone. This is because the company's headquarters usually takes an active interest in the hiring of key personnel. Last but not least there is the negotiation phase to finalize a formal agreement and decide on compensation and benefits.

Even after you started with the company, we will be in touch particularly at the beginning, to ensure that you are off to a good start. If need be we can also discuss certain issues for you with the employer so that you can focus on your job and realize your full potential.
