日本マーケットへの進出やビジネスを展開するドイツ企業のサポート、コンサルティング業務を行っている在日ドイツ商工会議所が、財務会計を担当するスタッフを募集中です。

Your tasks 仕事内容
1. Daily recording of all transactions related with the Chamber's business activities
2. Daily invoicing
3. Settlement of business trip expenses
4. Manage payments
5. Prepararation of monthly and quarterly reports
6. Assisting in preparation of annual financial statements, business plans and management reports

Your profile 必要なスキル
1. Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or later professional background
2. 4-5 years of professional working experience in finance & accounting or comparable task
3. Numbers passionate, good analytical capabilities, able to work structured and organised
4. Able to flexibly react on changing contexts and topics
5. Reliable and precise "implementer" of tasks
6. Able to work and to communicate in a team
7. Proven working experience in an international, preferably German-Japanese, business environment
8. Language: Japanese or German as mother tongue (good knowledge of each other's language), good English language skills will be a plus
9. Highly competent in MS-Office applications, and if possible with Plaza-i
