For the Japanese subsidiary of a privately owned German trading house of machines and equipment to complete production lines based in Hamburg and more than 125 years of history, we are looking for an Office Manager with 60 % working time, i.e. flexible working hours which means either 3 full days or 5 half days (mornings or afternoons).
The scope of work includes:
Handling of order received, translations of manuals, general administration and support for the German CEO.
Fluency in English and Japanese, office work experience.
Basic IT skills (Word, Excel)
*Previous experience as office manager would be an advantage.

The Japanese subsidiary has been tasked with further expansion and market share development.
