Relaunch of recruiting brand Gaipro

This strategic move is to serve the increasing need for bilingual professional in mid-management and specialists positions, such as sales engineers and office managers, in particular, catering for females looking for part-time opportunities with focus on better work-life balance commonly found in the European business model. The aging population in Japan will continue to put pressure on the Japanese economy and more flexible working models are required such as in Europe, where it is common that 60 or 80 % part-timers work with full responsibilities, benefits and competitive salaries, unlike the Hakken system in Japan. In particular, mothers in Japan are often highly qualified, skilled and fully bilingual but struggle to find job opportunities working at 60 or 80 %, as Japanese companies requiring long office hours, and not providing good work-life options, such as flex time, or work from home days. Foreign affiliated companies in Japan are often more flexible and willing to offer part-time opportunities, which are well practiced at their headquarters.
