We had very specific requirements and only a short time frame to finish the hiring process. Before we were asking a handful of the larger recruiting companies, but we were not satisfied with the quality of the candidates introduced to us. This was the reason why we tried a smaller consulting company such as Gaipro. Gaipro was very frank with regard to what would be possible and what would not be possible. We had an intensive briefing session with Marko Zelger and only shortly later he introduced us a candidate that met our specific requirements.
